Hi there!

Number of red balls = 2
Number of green balls = 4
Number of blue balls = 4
Total number of balls = 10

If it is not a blue balls, then it has to be either red, or green.

So,
=> 2 + 4 / 10
=> 6/10
=> 3/5

The probability of not getting a blue ball is 3/5.

Hope it helps you!!
