Total number of balls = 2 + 4 + 4 = 10

Required number of balls = 2 + 4 = 6

Probability = 6/10 = 3/5

Probability =

 \frac{number \: of \: favourable \: outcomes}{number \: of \: possible \: outcomes}
Here we have to find the probability of NOT A BLUE.
When we have to find NOT, then we subtract 1 from the given formula (see above)

So probability of blue = 4/10
since there are total 10 balls and only 4 blue balls.

Now the question is to find NOT A BLUE BALL.

So we'll subtract 1 from the probability. So,

1 -  \frac{4}{10} \\  =  \frac{10}{10}  -  \frac{4}{10}  =  \frac{6}{10}
6/10 is your answer.

Simplifying it 6/10 = 3/5

So 3/5 is your answer

 \frac{3}{5}  \\
Hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️✌️
