Given that probability of drawing a red ball = 2/3.
Then probability of drawing a blue ball = 1 - 2/3 = 1/3
Then,
Number of blue balls = (1/3) * 24
= > 24/3
= > 8.
Therefore, the number of blue balls = 8.
