Total number of marbles = 3 + 4 + 2 = 9

red marbles = 2

not red marble = 9 - 2 = 7

Find the probability that the second marbles drawn is red:

P(second marbles is red) = P(first marbles is red and second marbles is red) + (first marbles is not red and second marbles is red)

P(second marble is red) = (2/9)(1/8) + (7/9)(2/8) = 1/36 + 7/36 = 8/36 = 2/9

Answer: The probability is 2/9
