Let B represent black ball and W represent White balls.
No of black ball = 4
B1, B2, B3, B4
No. of white balls = 3
W1, W2, W3
Total no. of balls = 4+3 = 7
P(getting B1) = 1/7
P(getting B2) = 1/7
P(getting B3)= 1/7
P(getting B4) = 1/7
P(getting W1) = 1/7
P(getting W2) = 1/7
P(getting W3) = 1/7
