Given,

In a bag 5 black and 6 white balls are there.

4 balls were added.

To Find,

Find the probability of the balls added is black.

Solution,

Given that,

5 black and 6white balls are in a bag.

4balls of the same color were added.

Total ball = 15.

The drawn ball is white = W

Let's A denote that white balls are added.

B denotes black balls added.

Therefore,

P(W/B) = P(WB)/P(B)

P(B) = P(WB) + P(WA)

P(B) = 6/15 + 10/15

P(B) = 16/15

Therefore,

P(W/B) = (6/15) / (16/15)

P(W/B) =  3/8

3/8 is the probability that the black balls were added.
