To find the no. blue of balls in the bag ?

the no. of blue balls will be x

and its given that , blue ball is double of that of a red 2x

then,

the the total no. of outcomes will be (5+x) as we dont know that how many blue balls are there in bag so, we have assumed that the no. of blue balls be x so we have to do sum of no. of balls of two.

Now,

so we will form a equation to find the no. of blue balls in the bag

Probabability of blue ball = 2*probability of red ball

     x   =  2(5)

   5+x     5+x

x = 10

5+x will gets canceled cuz they are same in the both of the equation.
