TOTAL NO. OF BLACK BALLS  IN BOTH BAG = 6+3 = 9

TOTAL NO. OF WHITE BALLS IN BOTH BAGS = 5 + 4 = 9

TOTAL NO. OF BOTH WHITE AND BLACK BALLS = 18

SO, PROBABILITY OF ONE BALL IS CHOSEN OF SAME COLOR = 9 / 18

 AND WHICH IS    = 1/2
