let no.of 50p coin is 5x
No.of 25p coin is 9x
No.of 10p coin is 4x
Total amount =206
5x(0.5)+9x(0.25)+4x(0.1)=206
Therefore,
x=206/5.15 =40 coins
So no.of 50p coins = 5×40=200
No.of 25p coins = 9×40 =360
No.of 10p coins = 4×40=160
Total number of coins =200 +360+160=720
