If the first drawn ball is White & second is Blue then;

P (event 1) = 6/16 * 7/15 = 7/40

If the first drawn ball is Blue & second is White then;

P (event 2) = 7/16 * 6/15 = 7/40

P (White & Blue) = P (event 1) + P (event 2) = 7/40 + 7/40 = 7/20 = 0.35
