total no. of events =90-2+1=81
no. of fav. events =90-9=81
p(e)=81/89
so the probability that bears two digit no. is 81/89.
no. of fav. events = 4,9,16,25,36,49,64,81
p(e)=8/89
no. of probability which is perfect sq. is 8/89

Thank you for asking this question, here is your answer:
Total no. of possible outcomes = 89 {2, 3, 4, …., 90}
i) Let E be the event of getting a 2 digit no.
No of favorable outcomes = 81 {10, 11, 12, 13, ….., 80}
P(E) = (No.of favorable outcomes) will be divided by (Total no.of possible outcomes)
= 81/89
ii) Let E be the event of getting a no. which will be the perfect square
No. favourable outcomes = 8 {4, 9, 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, 81}
P(E) = 8/89
