A bag contains coins of four different denomination viz 1 rupee 50 paisa 25 paisa and 10 paisa. There are as many 50 paisa coins as the value of 25 paisa coins in rupees. The value of 1 rupee coin in is 5 times the value 50 paisa coins. The ratio of the number of 10 paisa coins to that of 1 rupee coin is 4 :3 while the total number of coins in the bag 325

⇒3x+4x(0.,50)+5x(0.25)=500⇒3x+4x(0.,50)+5x(0.25)=500

⇒6.25x=500⇒x=80⇒6.25x=500⇒x=80

∴∴ The total number of 50-paise coins =4x=320=4x=320

But we can't be solved the question using statement (II).

Hence statement (I) alone is sufficient to answer the question.
