So, A/Q
$\frac{x}{y} = \frac{2}{3}$
3x-2y=0........(i)

and
10x+20y=1600
x+2y=160......(ii)

adding both equations we get
4x=160
x=40

Substituting in eq (i) we get
y=60

So, there are total 40 Rs 10 note and 60 Rs 20 note.
