Number of Rs. 1 coins = 150

Number of 50 paise coins = 400

Number of 25 paise coins

Step-by-step explanation:

Let,

Number of Rs. 1 coins = 3x

Number of 50 paise coins = 8x

Number of 25 paise coins = 12x

★ Accoring to the Question : Total amount = Rs. 500

→1 (3x) + 0.5 (8x) + 0.25 (12x) = 500

⇒ 3x + 4x + 3x = 500

⇒ 10x = 500

⇒ x = 500/10

⇒ x = 50

= 600

* 53%

• Number of Rs. 1 coins = 3x

3 (50)

⇒ 150

Number of Rs. 1 coins = 150

• Number of 50 paise coins = 8x

Number of 25 paise coins = 600

Therefore,

Number of Rs. 1 coins = 150

Number of 50 paise coins = 400

Number of 25 paise coins = 600

Given :-

  • Denominations of coins = Rs. 1, 50 paise and 25 paise

  • Ratio of the coins = 3 : 8 : 12

  • Total money = Rs. 500

Let :-

  • The number of Rs. 1 coin be 3x
  • The number of 50 paise coins be 8x
  • The number of 25 paise coins be 12x

According to the question :-

=&gt; 1(3x) + 0.5(8x) + 0.25(12x)= Rs. 500 \:   \\ </p><p>=&gt; 3x + 4x + 3x = Rs. 500 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: </p><p> \\ =&gt; 10x = Rs. 500 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \\  =  &gt; x =  \frac{500}{10}  = 50 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:

Now :-

  • No. of Rs. 1 coins = 3x = 3 x 50 = 150

  • No. of 50 paise = 8x = 8 x 50 = 400

  • No. of 25 paise coins = 12x = 12 x 50 = 600

I hope the answer helps you mate :)
