no. of red balls= 4
no.of blue balls =x
therefore total no. of balls=(x+4)
probability of finding blue ball=1/2=x/(x+4)
x+4=2x
x=4.

x is also 4 because probability of getting a blue ball is 1/2,Which means half of the balls are blue and another are red .
