Total number of red marbles = 5 (Given)

Total number of blue marbles = 6 (Given)

Total number of black marbles = 4 (Given)

Total number of marbles = 5 + 6 + 4 = 15

Find the probability of picking a red marble:

P(red marble) = 5/15 = 1/3

Find the probability of picking a blue marble:

P(Blue marble) = 6/15 = 2/5

Find the probability of picking a red and then a blue (with replacement):

P(red, then blue) = (1/3) (2/5) = 2/15

Answer: 2/15
