Total no. of beads = 11

No. of red beads = 7

No. of white beads = 11 - 7 = 4

Given, two beads are taken out at random.

Here, we can see that no. of red beads are more than the no. of white beads.

So, if the first draw is red, then the probability of getting a white bead in the second draw = No. of white beads / Total no. of beads - 1 = 4 / 11 - 1 = 4/10 = 2/5

If the first draw is white, then the probability of getting a red bead in the second draw = No. of red beads / Total no. of beads - 1 = 7 / 11 - 1 = 7/10
