Answer:

Available price of bags = Rs 90.

Discount on the marked price = 10%

So, marked price of bag = 10% of Rs 90

= 10/100×90

= Rs 9

Therefore, marked price of bags = 90 - 9

= Rs 81 (Ans)

Given:

The price of the bag = Rs.90

Discount allowed = 10%

To Find:

The marked price of the bag

Solution:

Let the MP be = 100

Discount = 10%

Thus = 100 - 10 = 90

Substituting the values in the formula -

= 90 x 100/90

= 9000/90

= 100

Answer: The marked price of the bag is Rs. 100
