Potential energy → The energy posses by a body due to its height above the surface of the earth is called potential energy.

Put the given values,

 9800 = 200 \times \dfrac{98}{10}\times h

 9800 = 20 \times 98 \times h

 9800 = 1960h

 h = \dfrac{9800}{1960}

 h = 5 m

hence,

The height it should be lifted is 5m.
