Given:-

  • Mass of the bag (m) = 10 kg
  • Area (A) = 2

To Find: Pressure.

We know,

  • W = mg
  • P = F/A but here, P = W/A

where,

  1. W = Weight,
  2. m = Mass,
  3. g = Acceleration due to gravity,
  4. P = Pressure,
  5. F = Force &
  6. A = Area.

Let the bag is kept on Earth.

Acceleration due to gravity ≈ 10 m/s²

∴ W = (10 kg)(10 m/s²)

→ W = 100 kg m/s²

→ W = 100 N (approx.)

Now, finding pressure:-

P = W/A

→ P = (100 N)/(2 m²)

→ P = 50 N/m²

→ P = 50 Pa (Answer)

Answer:

Please make Brainliest

Explanation:

Preasure = force/area

Area = 2 m^2

weight = 10 kg

Force = massx acceleration ie m x a

Here a = g = 10 m/s^2

F= 10x10 = 100 N

Preasure = 100/2 = 50 N/m²(Pascal)
