Step-by-step explanation:

F(Flour)=5kg S(Sugar)=3.5kg

F=5-2.25

=2.75kg

S=3.5-1.75

=1.75kg

Therefore,

he's left with 2.75kg of Flour and 1.75kg of Sugar
