a balance diet should contain 20 % proteins 65%carbohydrates ,10%fats and 5% other things if an adult needs 3900calories ,find the amount of each type he needs in his diet

Proteins = 20/100 * 3900

              = 780 calories.


Carbohydrates = 65/100 * 3900

                          = 2535


Fats = 10/100 * 3900

        = 390 calories


Remaining things = 5/100 * 3900

                              = 195 calories.
