Explanation:

Change in kinetic energy = 1/2 m ( v^1-v^2)

Where m is mass so v^1 and v^2 is initial speed

we have v^1 = 3 m/s and v^2= 5 m/s

Change kinetic energy= (1/2)×0.5×(3^2-5^2)

= 4 joule

Kinetic energy decrease 4 joule

thanks dear friend
