If we take the lost energy as d%. Then the percentage which is lost is          (100-d)/100. So, when the ball falls from the height of 20m then the potential energy will be mgh which is m*10*20. So, the height to which the ball will rebound will be having the potential energy as mgh1 which is m*10*10.

So, 100m=(100-d)/100*200m. Which on solving we will get that the d will be 100=200-2d which will be d=50%. So, the loss ion the energy will be 50%.
