THE height is 1 m
i.e, s =1m
accelaration due to gravity g = 9.8 m/s-2
initial speed u = 0m/s
final speed v = unknown
time = unknown
s=ut+1/2at^2
1 = 0+1/2 * 9.8 * t*t
t*t= 2/9.8
t= square root of 2/9.8 or 20/98 s
now u can calculate v by using v = u+at
i hope that the answer helps u dear friend and if it does so then please mark it as brainliest. : )
