Initial kinetic energy =mgh, according to conservation of mechanical energy.

Final kinetic energy ,similarly ,is mg h'.

Change in kinetic energy =mg(h-h').

Percentage change in kinetic energy =[mg(h-h')/mgh]100=( 7.5/10)(100)=75%.
