u = 0 m/s
g = 9.8 m/s²
In 1 second
h = ut + 1/2 gt²
h = 0×1 + 1/2 × 9.8 × (1)²
h = 4.9 metre
In 2 second
h = 0×2 + 1/2 × 9.8 × 4
h = 19.6 metre
In 3 second
h = 0×3 + 1/2 × 9.8 × 9
h = 44.1 metre

The distance goes on increasing as the time increases
Such that d1
a motion of a freely falling body under gravity is an example of uniformly accelerated motion though g = 10ms-2 remains constant.
Hence the velocity or we can say speed increases therefore distance covered also increses proportionally.
