distance travelled = (1/2)GT^2

where G is accelaration due to Gravity and T is time taken

From the question we know

h=(1/2)*G*t*t

We need to find out distance travelled at t/3 seconds, let it be H

H = (1/2)*G*(t/3)*(t/3) = (1/2)*G*t*t*(1/9) = h/9

ANSWER is h/9 meters from top of the tower or 8h/9 from Ground
