now we will take the unknown height as h , and time as t/2
By applying the same formula we get ,
h = g(t/2)² / 2
= gt²/8
After obtaining the result , we compare H and h in the form of ratio.
H : h = gt²/2 : gt²/8
= 1/2 : 1/8
= 4/1
It means that at t/2 , the ball will be at H/4 .
