A ball is rolled on a frictionless surface and no other force act on it will its speed decrease or increase or remain unchanged​

If any of the force is not acting on the ball which was rolled then it's velocity will remain unchanged. According to Newton's first law.a body in motion continues to be in motion and a body at rest continues to be in rest until and unless an external force is applies on the body
