A ball is thrown in air and come back to the ground does it experience any friction during its journey if yes explain it in detail

yea the ball will return back. because when we the on it in to the air it will come back due to the gravitational force.

actually it is due to the gravitational force..which is attraction exerted due to its mass..and while coming back to the ground it faces the fluid friction as air is an fluid which resists the ball to fall fast...
