A ball is thrown on a smooth surface with a force and
it stops after some time. Is it supporting First law of motion. Give reasons for your answers.

The boll will never stop if the surface is smooth

Yes, it is supporting first law of motion because before ball thrown it tendency was rest. So, according to the first law of motion it stops some time.
