Initial velocity ,u =.20
final velocity ,v =0(at highest point)
v = u +at
0= 20 + (-10)t
20= 10t
t=2 sec
Then
S, distance = ut + 1/2 a ( t ) sq
= 20×2-1/2×10×4
40-20
