Hello !

The initial speed = u.
The height = 80 m
Time interval = 6 seconds
Time of ascend, t1
0 = u − gt1
Time of descend, t2
u = gt2
So, t1 + t2 = 6
2u/g = 6
u= 3g
= 29. 4 m/
