$t= \frac{v - u}{a} \\ = \frac{0 - 10}{ - 10} \\ = \frac{ - 10}{ - 10} \\ = 1 \\ t = 1sec$

v²-u²=2ah

=>(0)²-(10)²=2×(-10)×h

=> -100= -20h

=>h = -100/-20=5m
