A ball is thrown vertically upwards from the top of a tower with an initial velocity of 19.6 m/s. The ball reaches the ground after 5 seconds. Calculate : (I) the height of the tower, (ii) the velocity of the ball on reaching the ground. Take g=9.8m/s^2.

Plz answer with all the steps in detail... If the answer is proper I will mark it as the brainliest answer.....

hii
here is your answer

u=19.6m/s
t=5sec
a=9.8

s=u+1/2at^
19.6+1/2×9.8×5×5
19.6+4.6×25
115 + 19.6
134.6

hope it helps

agarwalkushang: Your answer is totally wrong and moreover u have answered only the half of the question
proton1: why
agarwalkushang: I also asked the velocity and the height is 24.5 grams
agarwalkushang: Sry 24.5 metres
agarwalkushang: Anyway thanks for trying
