Given,

Velocity of the ball=600m/s

To Find,

Distance travelled in last 2 s during its motion.

Solution,

Ball is thrown vertically upwards with 600m/s .

During upward velocityin last 2 seconds distance covered by it,

S=1/2gt²

  =1/2×10×2²

  =1/2×10×4

  =1/2×40

  =20m

Hence, the distance travelled in last 2 seconds is 20m.
