Acc. due to gravity = 10m/s²
We have to find time taken by ball to reach the ground
★ For a body thrown vertically upward with an initial velocity u;
- Max. height reached = u²/2g
- Time of ascent = u/g
- Total time of flight = 2u/g
⭆ T = 2u/g
⭆ T = 2(20)/10
⭆ T = 40/10
⭆ T = 4s
