Change in momentum

= Final momentum - Initial Momentum

= M1V1 - M1U1

The ball rebounds with the same velocity

Final momentum = M1V1 = 50×10 = 500g m/s

Initial momentum = M1U1 = 50×10 = 500g m/s

Therefore, change in momentum = 500-500 = 0g m/s
