mass = 0.5 kg

velocity = 10 m/s

momentum at first = p

p = mv

p = 0.5 × 10 = 5 kg m/s ( initial momentum )

final momentum = p

mass = 0.5 kg

velocity = 0 m/s

p = mv

p = 0.5 × 0 = 0 kg m/s

therefore, the answer is option 'a' which is 0
