Here ..both the balls , after collision will move with same velocity .

The velocity of both the balls , after collision will be 5m/s.

According to collision theory,

 =  > m1u1  + m1v1= m2u2 + m2v2

Since , the second ball is at rest at initial state, and after collision both will have same velocity.

 =  > 2 \times 25+ 2v = 0 + 8v

 =  > 50 + 2v = 8v

 =  > 8v - 2v = 50

 =  > 6v = 50

 =  > v  = \frac{50}{6}  = 8.34m  {s}^{ - 1}

Hope this answer helps you ^_^ !
