P=mu

=0.1×30

=3

P=mv

=0.1×-20

=-5

change of momentum=mv-mu

=3-(-2)

=5kgm/s

=-2

change of momentum=mv-mu

=-2-3

=-5

=-5kgm/s

So force(f)=5kgm/s
