A ball of mass 0.2 kg falls through air with an acceleration of 6 ms^-2. Calculate the air drag on the ball.

F1=ma

F=0.2×6

1.2N(it's the force by which ball is coming down)

F2=ma

F=0.2×9.8

1.96N(the force apposing the ball)

Now drag will be

F2 - F1

1.96N-1.2N =.76N


7.6N. is the answer
