if u wants want to find Force then,

Force = mass * acceleration

now M=0.2 kg

a=?

now to find a

a= change in velocity in given time

so, a = (0-20)/(1-0)

a=-20

now F=m*a=0.2*(-20)=-4N

negative sign shows that Force is opposite to the velocity.....
