As the ball is elastically rebounded ...so no loss of energy occurs

U = 10m/s

V = (-10) m/s [ negative means the opposite direction]

So ∆V = 10-(-10)

=20 m/s

So momentum =mv

=1*20

So ans is 20kgm/s
