v=−10  m/s

mass m=0.25kg

time t=0.01s

from v=u+at⟹20=at⟹a=  

from v=u+at⟹20=at⟹a= 20/t = 20/0.01 = 2000m/s^2

from F=ma⟹F=0.25×2000=500N
