P.E.=m gh

= 100/1000 × 10 × h

= h=ut+1/2gt^2

h=0× t+1/2 ×10 × 3^3

= 45

putting the values

mgh=100/1000 × 10 × 45

=45 joules

= 30 m/ s

Kinetic energy = 1/2 mv^2
