A ball of mass 160g travelling with a velocity of 25m/s is struct by a stick.The ball returns with a velocity of 30m/s.what is the change in momentum​

ΔP=M(-30-25)

55*0.16

8.8 kgm/s

As we know,

momentum=mass*velocity

change in momentum=mass*change in velocity

momentum=160/1000*(30-25)

=16/100*5

=16*5/100

=0.8kgm/s
