First of all for this question you should know the law of conservation of momentum

Now according to the law of conservation of momentum when two bodies collides their total momentum is conserved.

ie initial momentum of two bodies equal to final momentum of the bodies

m1u1 + m2u2 = m1v1 + m2v2

now according to this question

the first ball comes to rest after colliding with a second ball that is its final velocity becomes zero and as we know that the total momentum is conserved therefore therefore the velocity which is lost by the first ball will be gained by the second ball.

therefore the second ball will move with a velocity of 5 m/s.
