Using equation of motion
v=?
u=0
g= 9.8
h=5

V2 - u2 = 2gh
v2 -0 = 2×9.8×5
v2= 98
v= root 98 m/s

Now using the relation
Kinetic energy = 1/2 m v2
= 1/2×200×98
= 100×98
= 9800 Joule
